Common questions

Discounts apply to your monthly rate for the full contract term. A 3-year contract gives you 3% off every monthly payment for 36 months. A 5-year contract gives you 15% off every monthly payment for 60 months. Your rate is locked in at signing.
Annual and multi-year contracts run for their full term. You may cancel with 30 days' notice before your renewal date. Mid-term cancellations are not eligible for refunds, but your account stays active until the contract end date.

When upgraded mid-contract, we calculate the price difference between your current and new plan and multiply it by the months remaining. That amount is charged at the time of upgrade. Your multi-year discount (if applicable) remains in effect on the new plan rate.
Downgrades are processed at your next annual renewal date, not mid-contract. This ensures your team always has uninterrupted access to the features they currently use.

Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Lift Management Solutions platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using LMS, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, have authority to enter this agreement on behalf of your organization, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of service

LMS is a Professional Services Software platform providing portfolio management, scheduling, time tracking, call management, equipment tracking, and financial management on annual contracts of 1, 3, or 5 years.

3. Subscription and billing

  • Plans auto-renew at term end unless cancelled with 30 days written notice before renewal.
  • Multi-year discounts (3% for 3-year, 15% for 5-year) are locked in for the full contract term.
  • Exceeding your user limit triggers an automatic upgrade billed at a prorated rate for remaining months.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@liftmanagementsolutions.com of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Do not transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

6. Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you submit. We will not sell or share your data for purposes beyond operating and improving the Service.

7. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of LMS are the exclusive property of Lift Management Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding a claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
